Grand County and all our beautiful towns are close to Denver and Denver International Airport. The County is just over Berthoud Pass, from I-70, and starts with the town of Winter Park, home of Winter Park Resort, named best ski resort by USA Today. Driving 1 mile past Winter Park is Fraser with hundreds of miles of trails followed by Tabernash, Granby and Grand Lake as you drive north. At the base of Rocky Mountain National Park sits the town of Grand Lake with three major lakes right next to it for winter and summer recreation. If you continue West on Highway 40 you will arrive at Hot Sulphur Springs, named for its historic hot springs, and then Kremmling which is nestled between Steamboat Springs and Summit County.
